Chapter 2: Depression and Positive Thinking
Depression is not only affecting adults but teenagers as well. It's
known as one of the most common mental problem and the causes can be
many.
Positive thinking helps treating depression by creating hardiness which
is a method to see problems as challenges. Also, positive thinking helps
people to raise their self esteem since when a person has high
self-esteem, is less likely to fall into depression.
Also, positive thinking helps people find the motivation and enthusiasm they are lacking.
